Howard Glasser, MA (New York University) is a greatness arsonist and consultant, igniting greatness worldwide in everyday events and ordinary people. His trademarked relationship approach is used by parents, educators and therapists to heal people, from ADHD to meth addiction to post traumatic stress.

His newest book, "You Are Oprah:Igniting the Fires of Greatness," shows adults how to energetically align their thoughts, words and actions to shed negativity and ignite their own greatness. 

He is the Founding Executive Director of the Children's Success Foundation in Tucson, Arizona, a nonprofit devoted to bringing the Nurtured Heart Approach™ to communities and schools worldwide.

Howard has been a featured guest on CNN and a consultant for 48 Hours. He lectures internationally, teaching therapists, educators and parents about The Nurtured Heart Approach™, which is now being used in hundreds of thousands of homes and hundreds of classrooms around the world.

Howard is former director and clinical supervisor of Center for the Difficult Child and he has been a consultant for numerous psychiatric, judicial and educational programs. He has done extensive doctoral work in the fields of Clinical Psychology and Educational Leadership, but feels that his own years as a difficult child contributed the most to his understanding of the needs of challenging children and to the success of his approach. He is the father of Alice Glasser, whom he has raised with the Nurtured Heart Approach from infancy.
